I get the pleasure of wandering into Wisconsin for weddings about twice a year, typically sticking to the usual haunts in Hudson, so I was very excited when I realized the Enchanted Barn was plopped in the middle of rural, cheese country, nary an interstate to be seen, Wisconsin. The drive there, filled with winding country roads and low overhanging trees, gave this place such a sense of wonder and excitement. When my phone signal cut out, I realized that Lexy and Greg had somehow managed to create a destination wedding 90 minutes from Minneapolis.
Everything about this place was perfect. Every rustic sign and detail, every corridor and wildflower was in the right place. The cherry on top was of course the horses roaming the hillside, perfectly content to be a part of such a special day.
It seemed that this calm, serene country side couldn’t have been a more suitable location for Lexy and Greg to tie the knot. They are some of the most laid back, down to earth people I’ve ever met and the entire day felt less like work and more like I was an invited guest, sharing the day with them. I was blown away by how beautiful this landscape was and it really did seem enchanted. I am so happy to share these photos with you. Thank you to the Enchanted Barn for doing such an incredible job!
