I was on an island in the Mexican Caribbean where the main form of transportation was golf carts and shoes weren’t needed. I tried to bottle than sentiment while photographing Alix and Brian’s extraordinary “invite your friends and family to an island and have a week long celebration” wedding. Coming away from it, sunburnt and sleep deprived, it was the perfect way to spend a week, celebrating love and family.
